Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: May 18, 2025

At Chasing Windmills Games, all of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, size exchanges, or incorrect orders submitted by the customer.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at steve.miller@chasingwindmillsgames.com with:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the damage or defect

  • Your order number

We’ll review your request and, if eligible, provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Address

If you provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package is returned to the fulfillment center, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order after updating your address.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, or property manager. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered.

Returns

Because our items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns. Unauthorized returns sent back to our fulfillment partner will not be eligible for a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified before they begin production. Please reach out immediately if you notice an error in your order. Once production has started, we are unable to make changes.
